Carrie has owned and operated service and retail businesses since 1977, and has been helping clients buy and sell businesses since 1999. Having raised a family in Arizona, she combines an affinity for the Southwest with an incisive knowledge of the market. With a focus on business sales and appraisals, Carrie is a Certified Business Intermediary with the International Business Brokers Association. She is also a licensed real estate professional and business broker in Arizona, holding the Business Broker Specialist designation from the Arizona Department of Real Estate.

Her professional affiliations include the International Business Brokers Association, the Institute of Business Appraisers, Arizona Business Brokers Association, where she served as the chair of the Southern Chapter and treasurer of the State Organization; Saguaro Business Club, the Tucson Catalina Rotary Club, where she served as president; and the American Business Women’s Association.

Noel Cousins

Noel Cousins has over 35 years of experience in the mining and exploration industry. He held senior positions with St. Joe American Corp. and Westinghouse subsidiary, Wyoming Mineral Corp. in the 1970’s and 80’s and has since worked as a consultant for many large and small mining companies. He has been directly involved in major mineral discoveries and instrumental in sales and purchases of numerous mining properties including the first successful heap leach gold operation in Alaska. Noel’s strengths in the mining industry transfer to the sale or purchase of mining properties, mining engineering companies, mining equipment, and assay laboratories. As a business broker, he has a strong advantage in understanding and supporting both business sellers and business buyers in this industry.

Jane McMurray Coppola

Jane has lived in the heart of Tucson since 1979. A University of Arizona graduate, Jane has her post-degree certification as a paralegal. In addition to the legal field, Jane has worked in business management, contract administration, facilities planning and operations, research, marketing, event planning, and sales and has owned her own small business. She has worked for small, locally owned businesses as well as publicly traded companies in industries such as environmental testing, law, health care, association management and publishing.

Jane understands management challenges unique to varied types of businesses of differing sizes. As a small business owner, she knows the difficulties that must be overcome in building a successful business. She is committed to helping business owners maximize the return for their efforts by obtaining the highest possible price for their business.
